The Gift Certificate is sent to the shipping or email address you choose together with the text message you want.

The recipient can use the Gift Certificate to purchase whatever they desire, its like having cash in your pocket. The Gift Certificate Code is what the recipient enters as his payment when he or she makes their purchase.

What happens if the item purchased is less than the certificate amount?
No problem, the balance simply carries forward. If, for example, the Gift Certificate is for $100 and their purchase totals $65.95, they will still have an available $34.05 on their GIFT CERTIFICATE number for their next purchase. Our certificates work the same as a debit card.

What happens if I or the recipient misplaces the Gift Certificate Code number?

Gift Certificate Policy:

• Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash, cannot be returned for a cash refund, and are not transferable. Any unused portion will remain available for future purchases under the same Gift Certificate Number.
• Gift certificates and unused portions expires one year after the purchase of the gift certificate.
• If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a credit card.
• Gift Certificates themselves are not taxed. Orders placed using gift certificates or any other means of payment are taxed if you are a resident of New York.
